About Noah Spinner

Noah has called Summit County home his entire life. Growing up in a busy Cuyahoga Falls household with his parents and three siblings, he learned early on the value of hard work and community.

He took those lessons to heart. From earning the rank of Eagle Scout to building a strong work ethic during summers at Camp Manatoc and busing local tables, Noah was always eager to pitch in. His drive to serve started young: as a high school senior, frustrated by school levy failures and school violence, he collected signatures and ran for the State House so he could tackle those and the everyday issues facing his district.

At The University of Akron, Noah dove headfirst into campus life - serving in student government and even spending four years as "Zippy" the mascot. He went on to earn his law degree with honors, serving as an executive editor of the Akron Law Review, studying international law in Ireland, and working with a federal judge, all while bartending at Missing Falls Brewery.

It was at Akron where Noah met his wife, Shelby. They began building a future together but faced an unexpected tragedy when Shelby was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer at just 24. Noah stood by her side through every treatment and setback. They continued to live fully, getting engaged, traveling, and celebrating their wedding in April 2025 before Shelby passed away just eight days later.

Shelby dedicated her life to helping vulnerable populations find housing and stability. Today, Noah is deeply committed to continuing her legacy of service, which includes his current role as an appointed trustee for the Cuyahoga Falls Public Library.

Noah is running for the Ohio House of Representatives to fight for the issues he knows firsthand: ensuring access to healthcare, protecting public schools, and bringing affordability back to working families. When he steps off the campaign trail, you can usually find him playing vintage baseball at Hale Farm, making bagels for friends, or relaxing at home with his three cats - Bean, Daisy, and Nacho.
